DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 2 business days for an order to be fulfilled and then shipped. Delivery times depend on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Slovenia: 5-6 business days

Europe: 5-7 business days (we deliver to all European Union countries)

My order should be here, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

Check your delivery confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office, please contact us and provide us with your order number.

If we found an error in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

How are your products made?
When you place your order, you choose the size, color, and design. Your order is custom printed according to your request.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping, please contact us.

I received an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?

We are sorry if the item you ordered was damaged. In order to help you resolve the issue quickly, please email us within one week with photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any other details about your order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

All claims for incorrectly printed/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. We will cover complaints that are deemed to be our fault. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know.

Do you offer returns?

Returns are only available to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will arrange this for you.

Can I exchange the item for a different size/color?

When placing your order, you select the size, color of the shirt, and the design to be printed on the shirt. Your order is custom printed to your specifications, so we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would be best for you, please refer to our size charts next to each item.
